Saeco Exprelia EvoSuper-automatic espresso machine

No complaints about this product. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean and works perfectly every time. The milk froth is excellent - a nice density with a very satisfying 'mouth feel'. I was nervous about spending so much on a coffee machine, but am more than satisfied. It looks great too!

We had our reservations about spending so much money on a coffee machine but after a month or more we are glad we purchased this model. It was recommended by an Italian mate who said it made a coffee so close to real Italian style coffee made by commercial machines, five times the price. He was right. There's a good 'crema' and you can 'dial up' the intensity and brew of your coffee to suit. We just left our's on full intensity and experimented until we found the beans we like. Filling the water reservoir; emptying the grounds and decalcifying is all easy to do and well described in the manual. A couple of sessions of trial and error will see you making a great cup of coffee in no time. According to the book it also has a 'memory' of how you like your coffee but we haven't gotten to that yet. If this product has a good use-life it would be close to the perfect coffee machine for people who love good coffee and must have it at home.

The different types of coffees (expresso, cappuccino, macchiato) are excellent, and also my son love the hot milk from the machine with chocolate.

We have only had it for 4 weeks but we use it every day. The Lattes, Cappuccinos and Espressos are all great. The first machine we had developed a problem after about a week. My wife called tech support and they wanted to send a new brew group. We were getting a "water pump prime" message ( or something like that). The tech support people could not find it in their literature so they wanted to replace the "brew group". We opted to return the machine to Costco and get a replacement. We used the replacement for a day and got the same message on the second machine. I went on-line to "You Tube" and found the solution which was very simple. My wife performed the "You Tube" provided steps and the machine has been working great. Saeco should update their tech support and save themselves returns of the "Brew Group". The tech support people were very nice, although somewhat difficult to understand, and tried to be as helpful as their data allowed. We hope the machine continues to function as well as it has for a long time. The Lattes, Espressos and Cappuccinos are very good.

I was a little intimidated by it at first, but after reading the owners manual, it is actually very easy to use. I love making a latte macchiato with a shot or two of espresso to get my day off to a great start.

Produces a perfect cup everytime. Only wish coffee grounds and drip tray didn't have to be emptied every 3 to 4 cups. Also wish water container held more water. Guessing limited capacity keeps its design compact. Easy to clean.

This espresso machine fits the bill and checks all the boxes for quality coffee with ease of use and simple upkeep. It is well made and sturdy. When I add water, I also check the bean bin level, empty the drain tray, and dump the grounds collector all at once, so I don't get the other reminders often. The main point is how great the coffee tastes, no matter which preference you select. Absolutely a pleasure to have the best quality without leaving home to enjoy it!

Hi all", I have a Philips Exprelia Evo Coffee Machine and about 2 months ago I had a problem with it 'Problem was message on the front door saying Empty Coffee Grounds Drawer and Empty Drip Tray kept appearing and would not go away. I had the machine repaired under warranty and the parts replaced were the CPU board in the front door, the sensor that say empty drip tray and coffee grounds drawer, and there was this really long tape type part that was replaced. Machine is working fine now. The machine makes really nice coffee and milk frothing is excellent. I use really good coffee beans for best tasting coffee regards Peter

I LOVE IT, It looks good, a good size. Very easy to use. Sometimes the water isn't as hot as I would like, maybe first cup, but overall I am very pleased.
