Really pulls the dirt and cat hair out of the home. I live off a main road and the filter has reduced the dirt dramatically around all surfaces. The fan has not yet been put to full use though the circulation offers a nice light air flow.

The fan is exceptionally good with air flow and noise, one benefit if you suffer from tinnitus a regular fan puts out ruff air flow witch plays havoc with your tinnitus, this one has smooth air flow and no buffing, works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the package came, i thought to myself, “this thing is huge”! Upon unboxing it, it wasn’t too bad. Setting it up was super easy. If you don’t want to download the app or can’t download it, there is a remote included which enables you to control the unit. The remote is super tiny so make sure you don’t lose it. The functions are easy to learn but there is a manual included if you get stuck. I highly recommend downloading the free app which is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app provides a multitude of data and allows you to control your unit as well. The filter is easy to access and remove for cleaning. The unit is easy to wipe down and clean. There’s a timer function, rotate function and night mode function. The rotate function allows the unit to rotate 45, 90, 180 or 350 degrees. Very handy! The night mode function puts it in a super mode for when you’re going to sleep. Not that the normal function is super loud but for people that can’t sleep with noise, it’s there if you need it. You can use the unit as a fan only or you can use it as a fan and purifier. Living on a main road we tend to collect more dust than average. One of my sons also has a dust allergy. Using the Philips Air Performer for a week, we can see a considerable improvement in air quality as we place the unit in the living room. It’s also not that heavy to move around to other rooms as needed. Very happy with the product and would happier recommend it to anyone.

The Air + android app is really easy to use and packed with a lot of useful data . It has made a massive difference in the air quality in my home, from the first time it was turned on you cold feel the difference in the quality of the air. I sleep better for longer and feel refreshed in the mornings, I cannot go one night without having this unit purify and cleanse the air in my bedroom. I love the fact that I can change the oscillation degrees to where I want the air to circulate. So many other functions like fan or circulation mode make it a breeze to change either from the app or the device . The app has so much data analytics that provide a very useful experience and give you feedback on how good or bad the air quality is in the room its being used. The user interface on the app is very intuitive and easy to use. Setup was so easy! This unit is that smart that it even has a artificial intelligence mode that uses your usage data and other data samples to select the best user experience. The remote is so practical, it has very convenient features like powering the unit on and off, fan speed , circulation and fan modes plus many more. You can conveniently place it on the top of the unit with a embedded strong magnet on the remote. That's genius! I would absolutely hands down recommend this air purifier to anyone looking to change the air quality in their home.

Did I mention we also have a (very) hairy Golden Retriever? We previously had a small purifier that we kept in our bedroom but it really didn’t do much for our living area where we all tend to spend the most time as a family. I have been pleasantly impressed with the Phillips Air Performer and it’s dual ability to also be used as a fan (especially in the warmer months) The app is easy to use and gives a good indication of the air quality in the area it is being used in. It does seem a bit expensive, but if you’re looking for a high performing dual option I’d highly recommend considering this one.

Easy to inbox and came almost fully assembled as a product, took two mins to set up and get going.. Some video tutorials would have been helpful to understand all the functions instead of learning by hit and trial but that’s nothing compared to how good the product is.. I noticed a substantial improvement in air quality and a reduction in my kids allergy within a week of using this . It’s super quiet and yet blows strong air helping cool down the room really quick The app is super easy to use and very helpful on viewing air quality and operating it even when not in the same room or outside the house. I strongly recommend this purifier to every family, it’s well suited to the Australian summer and has amazing cooling effect.

So, when the opportunity to test and review an air purifier became available, I jumped at the opportunity. The Philips Air Performer 7000 series 2-in-1 Air Purifier and Fan AMF765/70 is a well-designed sleek and modern device. The design of this product allows for remote access of using in two manners, a supplied physical magnetic remote and the Philips smartphone app using your home wi-fi network. The simplicity of the device design allows for easy access to the air filter, in the event you need to replace it. Furthermore, the physical remote has a magnet to ensure it attaches to the device so you don’t lose it. The smartphone app allows for controls such as fan speed, oscillation range, power, and timer functions, and provides a gauge measure of air quality from the device sensors. In short, you have comprehensive control and use of your Philips Air Performer 7000 series 2-in-1. The fan has up to 10 levels of adjustable speed with 10 being the highest. The use of the sleep mode reduces the fan speed to the lowest setting while quieting the low-speed level which would make it impossible to have adequate directed airflow in fan mode if you are reliant on that feature in this operating mode. Nevertheless, if you can only use it for the air filter feature in sleep mode then the operating feature is spot on. The device auto mode makes use of algorithms and promotes energy efficiency, which is the mode I normally select for simultaneous cooling and air purifying q room. In terms of use, the device is simple to use even with the accompanying app which connects the device to your home network, and undertaking firmware updates is straight forward. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Fans at night, all night, due to getting multiple Hot Flushes every night. Most fans are loud and drive my husband mad and wreck his sleep. If they are quiet then they don't cool me enough and I toos and turn and don't sleep. I find the Air Performer gives us that happy medium we have been searching for. I am cool at night now and both of us are finally getting good sleep - it's been a good 4 years so it's very needed. On top of that I am loving the Air Filter and knowing that it is helping with the dust in the air - which we get a lot of living on acerage. I do like the app, and being able to see the pollutants data. I like being able to use the app to turn on the fan when I am in another room and want to remove pollutants before I go to bed. I also love the fact that the remote is magnetic to the top of the fan. I have lost a lot of fan remotes in the past, but I am not losing this one. The only thing I don't like is that I can't really control the fan by buttons on it, I need either the app or the remote. But all in all, I absolutely love the Air Performer and have already recommended it to friends and family. I feel it out performs Dyson easily.
