Best Bluetooth device on market for teleconference

I carry it round with me and use it even in locations that have their own speaker phones as it performs so well. I use it in preference to my handset as speaker quality is better. No problems with microphone.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Excellent features and sound quality. Worked for 2 weeks then the microphone went intermittent and now only works for 1 minute. Hopefully the next one will be better as it makes teleconferencing very easy and clear to hear.

I bought this device to use in conference calls with my team when I am at client sites with only a mobile but several of us need to listen in. Audio quality has been great playing back music or listening to others talk, and set up was easy, but I have not been satisfied so far with the microphone pick up. Even sitting right over the device people have asked if I am a long way from the phone. It seems like a device with both a speaker and a microphone should be able to self-test to check all is working properly. But with no software utility to do this or any firmware upgrades to apply I don't see how to improve the situation. It's also impossible to use it with a phone only to output sound whilst using the phone microphone

Purchased this device to use as a bluetooth "headset". Even though the device is right in front of me, est. 30-40cm, my sound is described as though I'm in a box or under water. The speaker is good though..
