Was so excited to unwrap this box, came at a perfect time! Our baby is on formula and this water station is a life saviour for bottle feeding. Keeps me hydrated and so convenient!

Good points: 1. Convenience and choice of water temperature and volume 2. almost instant hot water and no need the kettle now 3. Sparkling water easy to use Points fir improvement 1. I have a white unit and the volume/temp display is not clear 2. The cold water takes too long and we don’t bother. We use the fridge 3. Need an adjustable stand to put the cup/mug as the distance is too far and water splashed out 4. Need to fill water all the time, otherwise wil need to wait for water being filtered. On the whole, we are happy and recommend this unit to anyone!

We have enjoyed using the Philips sparking water station in our household. The ability to choose the chosen temperature for the water is the best part of the machine especially since we have a young toddler.

This water unit is larger in size than expected therefore not suitable for small spaced kitchens/benches. It was easy to setup but does not come with a gas cylinder for sparkling drinks. These need to be purchased separately and therefore l cannot comment on this feature. The unit needs to stay plugged into a power outlet and is not the quietest but not completely distracting. A low level refrigeration type sound can be heard off and on throughout day and night. It has a range of water temperature and fill options which is good. Coldest is 6 degrees and hottest is 100. For cold drinks: whilst the unit claims to cool to 6 degrees, the average dispensing temperature seems to be 7-8 degrees. At 6, it is cold enough to enjoy. The flow is steady and good. For hot drinks: when dispensing at 100 degrees, it is quite slow. The instructions do say that care needs to be taken because it will splatter and it does. This is the most annoying operational problem with this unit. Water splatters onto the unit and the bench top. In my opinion, the distance between the spout and cup/glass is too far apart. The splatter occurs because the water at the highest temperature comes out in short bursts. I don’t think this would happen if the water came out as quickly as it does for cold. Overall, this unit does what it claims but has minor annoying flaws. Its price and size may not make it suitable for everyone. I would give this unit a rating of 8/10.

WOW. The Phillips sparkling water station, hot & cold is such a versatile machine. While the machine itself is large it replaces the need for a kettle, Soda stream & filtration system. The machine doesn’t come with a CO2 canister and needs to be purchased separately. It comes with 1, 500ml Soda bottle. I have not been able to source the 500ml bottles in store and the machine is not compatible with other brands. 500ml bottles need to be purchased online. The cooling fan is on the slightly noisier side and goes on randomly throughout the day. We love that the machine suits everyone in our family. Cold filtered water and Soda as a treat. Instant Hot water to make our coffee. Added safety that for hot water you need to unlock the machine again once u click the hot water symbol.

Let’s start with its sleek design. It is modern I give it that. A little on the long side which means it does take up most of my counter from back to front but it’s functions make up for this. The fact I can have cold, sparkling, ambient and hot water on tap is perfect for my busy life and removing the chunky water cooler in the fridge is even better. The only other con is that it is quite noisy in cooling phase. Having the measurements of water to select from is an added bonus. Especially for tasks like making baby bottles or protein shakes. Other then that I absolutely love it and will be using it for years to come. It’s saved me purchasing a kettle and spending hundreds on bottled water. Love it!!!!!

I love the idea of this, but there are a few things to comment on. I think it needs to come with a larger bottle to use in the fridge, this one only holds 1litre. and the capacity to fizz is only 450mil. which equates to about a large cup. Which means you need to do it twice to get almost a litre.

I was very excited to try this product, but to be honest I did expect more for the price it retails for. It's very messy unless you're filling a bottle. There's no way to use it for hot drinks unless you want to clean up the machine and area after each use. All functions are messy, splashing water everywhere. The screen is hard to read on the white version and it's already started playing up. The water tastes great though and the cold water is awesome. I haven't tried the sparkling function as it doesn't come with a canister, but I have high hopes for it!

I was so excited to be receiving this..No cost to me at all just a truthful review. Well, l hope in time l can be more forgiving..but lm not a fan. The unit fits nicely onto my bench . I read all the information , primed the filter . Turned it on..My first issue , l had trouble reading the front face where you make your selection.l found the instructions not very clear at all. I tried goggling and youtube to see if l was missing something but not much to be found that made anything clearer..l fumbled my way around and soon was trying it out..lovely cold water, with an amount you select and choice of cold water up to carbonated water, which l was shocked to discover if you want carbonated you have to purchase a gas cylinder to place into the machine. The fans on the unit are loud when its refrigerating and considerable warm air from the unit which in the middle of summer you wouldn'twant. I do think in a caravan or motor home this would be fabulous. In modern homes refrigerators come with cold , filtrated water in the doors which is pretty neat. Kids can fill a bottle or cup but l couldnt see this being kid friendly. Its only been a week so it needs more time and for people to get use to how it works but early feedback is the interface between hot or cold water and amount of water you would like..in this house needs to be more basic...generally a water bottle needs to be used under the water filter not a glass unless you hold the glass up under as it splashes a bit..lm sorry lm not more positive about this water system but we will keep trying it .

I have returned two brand new units because of faults. Firstly the pump was not working and secondly the fill tank light remained on and disabled machine
