Very easy to use, very intuitive, comes with a lot of different attachments as part of the price, instead of others that cost an arm and a leg to add on. Use the product weekly if not more and have had no issues. Very easy to clean. Would recommend to others

So far, I've been very happy with this product. However, I've been having some trouble working out which blade to use to purée food (there is an awesome chopped lumpy tuna dip in my fridge at the moment, not the luscious creamy treat I'd imagined). So - download the manual. Do I have any idea how to get the thing to purée? Nope. Am I confident that I'm assembling it correctly - yes, but only because the design is pretty much foolproof. Off to Google some answers.

Loved this processor worked really well for almost 2 years. It burnt out after the blender jug's base just burst while in use, in hindsight the washer in the jug had begun to leak ever so sightly at about the year and a half mark. Was very happy with the coverage the extended warranty afforded me as it was replaced. However almost immediately the blender jug is having issues and is unusable. Two which there is no more warranty. If you are were wondering I use my blender daily but for the price I not sure I got my monies worth :-(
