If the heater is very dirty, we recommend that you do the following to clean the heater area of the Airfryer:

    • Take a spray bottle and ordinary baking powder.
    • Create a cleaning solution by adding 3 g baking powder to each 100 ml of water and fill the spray bottle with the solution.

Note: Don’t keep the solution in the bottle for more than one week, as it will start clogging the nozzle of the spray bottle. To prevent this, we advise you to clean the spray bottle after each use and to use new cleaning solution each time.

    Cleaning procedure:

    1. Open the drawer of your Airfryer and remove the basket and the pan.

    2. Put your Airfryer upside down.

    3. Shake the spray bottle to mix the water with the baking powder.

    4. Spray the baking powder solution onto the dirty area around the heater.

    5. Let the solution penetrate the dirt for about 1 minute.

    6. Then turn the Airfryer back to normal position.

    7. Then wait for 30 minutes.

    8. Put your Airfryer upside down again.

    2. Put on oven gloves to protect your hands. Pull the pan out and remove the basket. Put the basket on a plate for the time being.

Tip: You can cover it to keep most of the heat inside.

    3. Use a full hand of kitchen paper to soak up the oil on the bottom of the pan.

    4. Put the basket back into the pan and slide the pan back into the appliance.

    Tips and tricks 3

    5. Resume the hot air frying process by turning the timer to the remaining minutes of the preparation time.

Tip: To prevent white smoke, please pay attention to the following:

    1. Do not prepare extremely fatty foods such as sausages or other fatty meals.

    2. When you buy snacks, read the label to establish their fat content. Choose low-fat varieties, if available. It will be difficult to get a crispy end result if you use snacks with a high fat percentage.

    3. Clean the pan immediately after preparing fatty foods. Put on oven gloves and use a full hand of kitchen paper to soak up the oil from the bottom of the pan. If you let the oil cool down, it might condense on the bottom of the pan. This makes it harder to remove.
