Philips Australia offered a free modem upgrade to a new 4G cellular modem for Australian customers who had purchased a Philips DreamStation with a 3G cellular modem between 1 September 2023 – 22 July 2024 or purchased a Philips 3G cellular modem between 1 September 2022 – 22 July 2024. † A modem upgrade may also be available to customers who purchase a new Philips DreamStation with a 3G cellular modem from one of our authorised channel partners after 22 July 2024, where there is a clear statement about the free 4G upgrade offer for the DreamStation 3G cellular device purchased on the sold device box.

Philips CPAP Mask Offer†

Additionally applicable for customers in Australia only, one free Philips mask was also offered per purchased Philips DreamStation device with 3G modem from the list of eligible masks (Eligible Products).

This offer is only available to Australian customers who:

1. Purchase the Philips DreamStation device with 3G modem from one of our authorised channel partners; and customers who qualify and sign up for the free 4G modem upgrade under the Philips DreamStation Modem Upgrade program.
2. The offer is not available to any of our channel partners or other business partners who receive any of our devices for demonstration.
3. The free Philips mask offer will be distributed together with the free 4G modem upgrade when available.

Your DreamStation device offers an easy alternative to track and share your therapy data

Bluetooth connectivity using DreamMapper app:

You can continue allowing your sleep therapy provider ongoing access to your data by leveraging the device's Bluetooth© connectivity together with installation of the DreamMapper app. To learn more about DreamMapper app connectivity click here.

Please note, all DreamStation devices come with an SD card. In addition to this, your device will store the last 6 months of your therapy data. Your provider can download therapy data from your device using this SD card.
