Contact a sleep physician in your area to schedule an appointment. You can also schedule an appointment with your primary care physician in the unlikely event that you can’t find a sleep physician in your area.
Discuss your sleep apnoea risk test results with the physician, who will likely schedule a sleep study. Remember, a sleep study is the only way to diagnose sleep apoea.
