My credit card did not get accepted

Credit card charges and charge appearance
We will not bill you until your product(s) are shipped. In case you ordered multiple items which are shipped separately you will be billed each time an item is shipped. The charge will appear on your credit card as DRI*Philips Shop

Shipping and delivery

Track your shipment
Tracking information is available on most orders. You will find the information in the shipment confirmation e-mail from the Philips Online Shop. Click on the link in the e-mail to find the location of your parcel or check your order status.

Change shipping address or method
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipment method after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system.
Q15.Delivery methods and costs
Philips Online Shop ships the goods with {carrier}. Shipping is fully insured and secure. Upon delivery the goods will not be unpacked and installed. Please make sure that the order receipt is signed by the receiver.

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed before you proceed to the checkout.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Refunds and returns

Return and refund for products
You may return products to Philips and you will obtain a refund of the price of the returned product. For more information read our General Terms & Conditions of Sale or contact the Philips Online Shop Consumer Care {0}. The agent representative will guide you through the process.

Refund process
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Philips returns center. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will arrange a refund to the payment card you used for your order. You can expect a refund within a maximum of 10 working days of our receiving your return, depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 working days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that product together with the product's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Please ensure you send all original parts. We reserve the right to charge for any accessories or parts missing from the product's original shipment to the payment card you used for the order. Refund credit amount on credit card

Returning damage, defective or incorrect products

Products damaged in transit
If the carton or contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the product(s) to us within the Return Guarantee period for exchange. Please check if your order is delivered correctly. The product carton should be sealed and unopened. If you are unhappy with the state of delivery, please do not accept it and ask for the delivery agent to return the products to us. Defective products
In the unlikely event that you have a product with a defect, you have the right to return it within the Return Guarantee period. Cancel your order(s)
Orders are automatically processed. Therefore it is NOT possible to cancel an order between the time that you placed the order and the delivery.

Recycling electrical waste and WEEE
Philips Online Shop is committed to minimize the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Recycling unwanted electrical products is better for the environment. Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a very harmful effect on the natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. When situated near populated areas these toxins can cause problems to communities as their water and soil is polluted. Many of the electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save natural resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending waste electrical goods to landfill.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
From 1 July 2007, new government regulations called the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations came into force. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations encourages people to arrange collection or recycling of old electrical products, rather than throwing them away Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste, we encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Philips Online Shop is a member of the Distributor Take-Back (DTS) scheme. By joining the Valpak scheme Philips Online Shop is contributing to the establishment of a network of Designated Collection Facilities (DCF) where consumers may dispose of their WEEE free of charge for recycling and treatment in an ecologically sound manner. This allows members of the public to deposit old electrical and electronic items at recycling sites across the US, free of charge. Philips Online Shop can ensure that WEEE is disposed of by customers in a way that optimizes its re-use and recycling. The recycling and treatment of WEEE itself is part of the producer's obligation under the WEEE Directive. As a consequence of our membership of the Valpak scheme Philips Online Shop will not accept returns of household WEEE itself and cannot accept WEEE returns for recycling, neither do we make arrangements for its collection.
