Original Manufacturer Repairs We have extensive repair capabilities, so you are assured of a high quality repair by Philips factory trained engineers. We aim to repair at least 70% of defective transducers we receive so you can be a certain of a cost-effective solution. Convenient loaners Experience minimal down-time with our optional transducer loaner program that puts a replacement device in your hands the whilst your repair is being completed.
Repair or replace options Repairs are generally a fraction of the cost of a new transducer; when repair is not an option, we offer a cost-effective exchange option. Quality assurance Our transducer repair meets the high standards and proven quality you expect from Philips. Repairs are undertaken at our certified NSW Healthcare Repair Facility ensuring that your transducers are repaired using quality Philips approved parts and are tested to ensure they meet Philips factory standards. The CE marking stays intact and repairs are performed by Philips trained engineers in an ESD-controlled facility meeting IEC 60601 regulations. All repaired transducers come with a 6-month warranty on the repairs performed.
When a transducer needs repair, just call us and we can ship you a loaner as soon as the next day.2
We arrange pick-up or delivery to us of the defective transducer.
We conduct a fault analysis and give you a cost estimate to repair.
We deliver the repaired transducer or its replacement back to you in a secure suitcase, and you send the loaner back to us.
