How often should I replace my breast pump's parts?

    Published on 01 April 2025

Only replace your Philips Avent electric breast pump's parts if they look worn or damaged. Check the parts for wear and damage every time you assemble your pump. If any parts are worn or damaged, stop using the pump and replace them.

We especially recommend checking your breast pump's valves regularly. If you notice your breast pump's suction strength is low, the valves may be worn or damaged.
