I did not wake up at all last night, but the sleep graph says I woke up many times. Is something wrong?
Awakenings, also known as sleep arousals, are micro-moments when you awaken in your sleep. It is often caused by a disturbance, a sound or a change in temperature. The sleep graph is showing all the micro arousals, even the short ones you do not remember. The number of awakenings reported in the app, only count those that are longer than 5 minutes. All of these are a normal part of the sleep cycle.
