Move away from magnetic fields such as those from mobile phones. Magnetic fields can interfere with the sound. * If you listen through headphones, wear them as recommended by the manufacturer * Make sure the cables (if any) are connected firmly * Use only good quality discs that do not have background noise. Try another disc to see if the sound is better. If the problem persists, contact Philips Customer Support.
Each product has a unique model number. A model number usually starts with letters followed by series of numbers, e.g. GC6440, 37PFL7403D or SA1300.
