    Why aren't APE files played on my Philips GoGear?

    The problem may be caused by the APE files. This players support APE files but not all compression levels. To resolve this problem, we recommend: * If your APE file is from somewhere on Internet, try to download it from another place. * If your APE file is converted from your CD, try to set the compression level to either Fast or Normal in the converting software before file conversion.
