    My Philips webcam does not work if connected via USB hub to my PC

    It is best to connect your webcam directly to your PC, without using a USB hub. There may be a slight chance of incompatibility when you connect the webcam through the USB hub, please download and install the SPZ2000 Software. To download the webcam software, click here and search for SPZ2000.
