In case you have problem pairing your Bluetooth device (Bluetooth version 2.1 or above) with the docking speaker: 1. Disconnect the power supply from the product; and wait for 15 minutes 2. Re-connect the power supply 3. Power off and then on your Bluetooth device 4.
