    My Philips Dehumidifier is loud

    Published on 02 July 2025

If your Philips Dehumidifier is making a loud noise, there can be several reasons. Please find out here how we can help you.

    Unstable surface

When placed on an unstable surface, your Philips Dehumidifier could produce a noise.

Please make sure that your dehumidifier is placed on a flat and stable surface.

Highest fan speed in a quiet room

When your dehumidifier is set to the highest fan speed, you might be able to hear it (for example, when you are in a very quiet room, such as when sleeping).

To solve this, set your dehumidifier to a lower speed.
