It is not possible to push the remaining ingredients with the cleaning pusher for the cube cutter through the grid. What should I do?

1. Open the lid by turning it clockwise.
2. Remove the cube cutter blade unit: grab it at the plastic part and lift it straight upwards.
3. Use the cleaning pusher for the cube cutter grid in the right direction by observing the shape. Exert considerable pressure on the cleaning pusher and push the ingredients directly into the bowl.
4. If you have processed very hard ingredients that cannot be pushed through, reassemble the parts and process a raw potato, then try again.
