    The indicator light does not go on. What should I do?

    If the indicator light does not go on, please do the following:

    1. Keep in mind that the appliance switches off automatically after each sterilizing process. The appliance must cool down for about 10 minutes after each sterilizing process before you can start a new one.
    2. Check the appliance for damage.
    3. Check if the electrical outlet to which the appliance is connected is live.

    If the indicator light still does not go on and the sterilizing process does not start, or if you discover damage to your appliance, take the appliance to your local Philips dealer or call the Customer Care Center.
