If your Philips SteamCleaner Multi does not release steam, this can be due to several causes. Find out the possible causes and solutions for this below.
My Philips SteamCleaner Multi does not release steam
The steamer has not heated up sufficiently
In this case, let the steamer heat up for approximately 45 seconds. When the blue light starts blinking, the steamer is ready for use.
You have not pressed the steam trigger fully
Press the steam trigger fully.
The water level in the water tank is too low
Unplug the steamer and refill the water tank.
The water tank is not in place
Insert the water tank properly.
You are holding the steamer upside down
If you hold the steamer upside down, this makes it impossible for the steamer to pick up water from the water tank. Hold the steamer in the upright position.
You are holding the steamer in a horizontal position
This steamer is designed to be used in an upright position on hanging garments. Do not use the steamer in a horizontal position.
