The Senseo ®coffee maker has been validated for inclusion in the repair action.
Due to the low numbers of new registered cases in Australia, Philips has stopped the central registration and repair coordination as of September 1st 2009. However, the recall and repair process will continue for your eligible Senseo ®coffee maker.
To ensure that your product is effectively repaired we will ask you to return your product to a, for you, suitable trade shop. The locations of the trade shops can be found via Find a retail store.
You must pack the Senseo ®coffee maker in a suitable box for transport. The trade shop will inform you on the next steps in the repair or replacement procedure.
