Hi there, I’m Will and I’m the male grooming trend expert around here, and one trend I’m not liking much is the beard-bashing that’s currently going on around the world, even on this website.
A recent study done by science boffs writing in the academic journal Behavioral Ecology found that women find clean shaven men more attractive than those with beards. But as a bearded man myself I have to say that I don’t take these findings very seriously, especially since the study was conducted in New Zealand, a country whose most popular current export is Flight of the Conchords and Oscar-winning musician Bret McKenzie who - correct me if I’m wrong - is a beard sporter.
