Used once, now leakingWe've used the cup once, washed it once & it's now leaking. It is assembled correctly, with all Advent logos facing up, but it doesn't appear to be sealing & leaks when the cup is turned upside down. While the water is fun for our daughter to play in, it's very inconvenient for us.
Customer service has been contacted & is sending us a new top. Fingers crossed that it will solve the problem.

Terrible design - leaks constantlyMy daughter learnt to use this really easily which was great. But it leaks CONSTANTLY! I have been persevering for a few months now initially convinced that it was user error. But haven't had any luck. And I got so sick of the table, the floor, her bag, the car seat being soaked all the time. I'm so disappointed in this product. Especially for the price

Leaks more than an open cup!I thought the idea of this cup was a great one. Finally bought one for my toddler to transition from a traditional style sippy cup. It is useless, leaks everywhere, gets pressed in with their nose when the tip it up to drink. Not to mention they are able to push down on the top and let the liquid out too. Bad design.

Really goodI didn't expect a trainer cup to be fully leakproof - as that's not really the purpose of such an item. I wanted to encourage my son to learn to drink from an open cup without him being able to tip water all over himself, and for that it's great. He can (and does) pour water out given half a chance, but it's only water so I don't really care, and I supervise him when eating and drinking so I make sure I take it off him when he's just playing with it.
I like that it can be fully disassembled for cleaning, and now I've got it sussed find it easy to put back together. I think it will help him to master drinking from a 'proper' cup over the next few months.
I intend to buy another one very soon, as I haven't seen any similar products locally!

falls apart on droppingI thought this would be a great product to get my 12mnth old to learn drinking from a cup. Being only 12mnths old he tends to drop things frequently... every time he drops the cup, the top valve falls out and water drips or splashes out everywhere. I have checked to make sure the cap is put together correctly and check each time to make sure the drinking cap isn't dripping prior to giving it to baby, he seems to drink fine with it but as soon as he drops it the valve falls off.
Not happy with this purchase.
