Rated 1 out of 5 by Rayman Product failure to achieve intended purpose
Probably the most outstandingly positive thing that I could say about this product is the colour (I selected bright red for ease of identification purposes) from this point on it is completely downhill.
Surely a product where you have to go to a website to download activation software should have been a warning as to how effectively the end user had been considered in this process (ie) not at all. After a number of attempts with different computers and operating systems the product manager failed to activate the player, due to this I have an extraordinarily bright red paperweight (cannot be an mp3 player because it cannot be 'read' in any of the computers that I tried) The playlist program 'Songbird' generally crashes by around the 6th song although I have managed to get it up to 15 songs before crashing, complete mystery as to why. I have to ask why was the required software not pre-loaded, surely this would have been a logical customer focused approach. Ultimately I am so very happy with my bright red lump of uselessness, I glare at it on a daily basis reminding me that due diligence before hand would have saved time and money better spent elsewhere.
