I bought this soundbar from a dick smith store that's closed now. The sound goes out of sync every 5-10 minutes when watching a movie and the Bluetooth disconnects every 5 minutes so unless I just use it to listen to only 1 song that goes for less than 5 minutes or watch a movie with my eyes closed, it's absolutely useless.

I received this for Christmas and was very excited to upgrade our home theatre to something that connects to my phone and allows me to stream music properly.
I would put this at 5 stars instead of 1 IF the bluetooth didn't disconnect every five minutes no matter what device is connected (ipad air, samsung galaxy, iphone5, iphone 6, etc!) No, it is not my phone/etc going to sleep. Yes, the wireless subwoofer is exactly where the manual says to put it. There is no other wireless interference. My internet search suggests this may be a problem with the software/firmware that *might* be solved by updating it, yet the support page for this doesn't give me the software download to do this! So I am stuck with having to reconnect the Soundbar device every 5 minutes (it disconnects and goes to AUX).
Highly frustrating and no obvious solution for the customer.

Changing channels on TV will require adjustment of audio sync. Sony technicians cannot correct. Not recommended
