Fitted these 4100k H11 on the 17/07/15 had one already blow on 01/12/15.
Didn't even last 5 months. Very disappointed with this product.

Fitted a pair of these on 11/6/14 One bulb blew on 6/6/15. Given the price of these bulbs I suspect I would have got at least the same life from cheap Chinese replacements. Plan to test this theory with a pair of cheap replacements. Very disappointing Philips !

Rated 5 out of 5 by prdol1972 Good upgrade for H7 headlights, visibly better beam, just don't compare to real HID xenon
Recently fitted a pair to an E46 BMW 3-series Compact low beams.
They replaced a previous-generation Philips X-treme Vision +80%.
The new WhiteVision does produce a visibly whiter and brighter beam (although to be fair the "old" bulbs were approx. 18 months old so their performance may have degraded). Beam cut-off is nice and sharp and only minimal headlight adjustment was required after installing.
Just don't believe any marketing hype about "HID-look" or "HID effect" or "Xenon Look". These still look like a halogen, nobody will mistake them for HIDs. Having said that, I am very happy with their performance thus far and believe they are currently the best compromise between "whiter" and "brighter" that's available in a road-legal, UV-cut halogen bulb that's polycarbonate-headlight-safe.
So if you need to, or are thinking of replacing your headlight bulbs, these are definitely worth considering. They provide good performance. And remember - Winter is Coming, so good lighting helps keep you safe.
My only criticism is the standard retail price - but most automotive retailers have storewide discounts, so that's the time to buy them.
